My Style

I do not limit myself to one photographic or artistic style. Instead, I allow each subject to help determine the creative direction of the image. Its personality, character, mood, surroundings, and story influence how I photograph and ultimately present the finished artwork.

I personally edit my images using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other creative software. Editing is one of the most enjoyable parts of my artistic process and an important part of what sets my work apart. By personally handling each stage, I maintain creative control over the finished image and bring my artistic vision and expression to life.

Depending on the creative direction, I may refine the lighting, color, contrast, composition, and detail while maintaining a natural photographic appearance. Other images may be transformed through painterly textures, creative enhancements, and artistic effects to become distinctive works of art.

These professional programs include AI-assisted features that complement traditional editing techniques. I may also use generative AI more extensively when transforming my original photography into creative memes, imaginative designs, or other artistic works. When AI plays a significant role in a finished creation, I believe in being transparent about its use.

Technology may support my creative process, but the original photography, artistic direction, editing decisions, and final vision remain my own.
