About Me

I try my best to follow Christ, to humble myself and to love others as Christ does. He is my rock and I can do nothing without him, I know because I already tried doing it all myself. I found my joy, true happiness within the lord and that's right where I'm going to stay.

I'm a wife to a loving and hard working husband, a working mother and homeschooling mom to the sweetest boy on earth. We moved to GA in the fall of 2014 from NW Chicago (not originally from there) when our son was 6 months old. In 2021 we bought our first fixer-upper home on small 2 acre agriculture property and we hope it's for a long time.

My husband is from Mexico and I'm originally from WI. My parents divorced when I was very young. I grew up equally in the north and south since 1984. I've now lived longer in the south and GA winter weather suited us best and it just feels like home.

My fascination with the camera started as a young child in the late 70's early 80's. My love for being creative started from my earliest of memories which brought on a beloved passion in the Arts.

My childhood dream was to have a horse of my own. I wanted a horse so bad throughout my whole young life (before I was ever born) that I finally got her, 7 year old Sudden Snow, on April 1st 2004. I bought her from one of my dearest and closest childhood friends. She was a miracle horse and she has been my little miracle over the years. You can read more about our story on my blog (coming soon).

2011 was the start of my artistic journey and I can only hope it carries me through until my very last breath. I still have one lofty goal that is not only art related but very personal. Now that we bought a very small slice of 2 acre heaven on earth, I'm so excited to grow a whole bunch of gardens of herbs, veggies, fruits, flowers, and so much more. Not only will the garden feed my family but it will provide me the opportunity to feed souls as it will serve to fuel my artistic passion and create beautiful artwork and poetry. I'm like that of Moses, who felt like he was not well spoken and asked his brother to speak for him to help lead and free his people out of Egypt. Well, I found a way for me to express the good news of Christ and that is through my passion and artistic expression. I'm hoping to get my blog up again soon so you can follow along on this additional art journey!

Thank you so much for checking me out! You are a true blessing and I appreciate all your love and support!

God Bless!

"It was January of 2011 when I created 'Moonlight Sonata' by accident while editing that my passion for artistic photography came to life and exploded with new ideas, creative visions, and artworks.

I've realized over the years that my love for Christ and all of God's creations (especially horses), has created an opportunity that allows me to be creative and express my love through the arts and inspire others.

Moonlight Sonata has always been a reflection of inner peace, however, here lately it's become more. It has become a beacon of Hope & Faith.
